Customer Service Representative:
Location: Green Bay
Competitive pay and benefit package in a fast growing agency! Experience is preferred but not required. Full time position. State licensing will be required.
You’ll work with agents to service a book of business. This will include providing a high level of support to new and existing customers. The customer base will consist of personal and commercial insurance clients. Job duties will include:
• Providing certificates of insurance, summaries and binders to clients
• Marketing new business and renewal accounts
• Handling and processing change requests
• Provide claim support
• Actively reviewing accounts for cross-selling opportunities
